⚙️ The Product Reset

👉 If your roadmap feels scattered, start here. I'm sharing one of my most popular frameworks.

👋 Hey — Egemen here.

I’ve noticed something over and over again: most teams (including mine in the past) jump into roadmaps way too fast.

We argue about features and timelines without ever really agreeing on the actual product strategy.

That’s usually when things start to feel scattered, slow, and political.

Today I’m sharing a practical framework to help you solve that exact problem.

Here’s a snapshot of what’s on the menu today:

🗺️ Method: Does Your Startup Know How to Implement AI?

Thinkpilot a local-first discovery tool that turns convos from Intercom, tickets, and reviews into actionable insights in seconds. Great for catching feature requests, bugs, and all the golden nuggets hiding in customer feedback.

Thinkpilot integrates to all your tools, and runs fully on-device, not the cloud. (If your security team asks for a data flow diagram, it’s basically a circle. Around your computer.)

Plus you plug in your own AI API key, so you dodge the sneaky 100x AI usage markups baked into most tools.

Don't miss out on:

  • Knowing what to build: Thinkpilot connects to your tools (Slack, Intercom, Zendesk… yes, all the usual suspects). It digs through the noise, pulls the patterns, and shows you what keeps coming up.

  • Staying ahead of the game: Drop in your competitors websites and review platforms. Let Thinkpilot compare it all and tell you where they’re weak — or what they’ve quietly launched

  • Got a burning question? Need to know why users are churning? What’s broken in mobile? Type the question. Thinkpilot pulls the answer — straight from your own data.

For me, a solid product strategy does one thing really well:

  • it connects what we’re building to the business outcomes we actually care about

  • it forces clarity on who we’re serving, what problem we’re solving, and which bets we’re willing to make (and not make) in the next 6–24 months.

Once that’s clear, the roadmap stops being a messy wishlist and starts becoming a focused plan.

This is a checklist to guide you through developing a strategy, whether you're working in B2B or B2C.

Nothing fancy, just a practical way to pressure-test whether you really have a strategy or just a collection of ideas. You can use it if you’re building for B2B, B2C, or anything in between.

This is one of the more popular templates I have in Gumroad.

Enjoy!

☝️ Scaled This Past Week: Model ML

Model ML just raised $75M – it’s the scale of the week!

It pulls data directly from trusted internal sources, reasons over complex schemas, and auto-generates fully formatted, client-ready documents like pitch decks and investment reports.

By automating these workflows with verification and branding built in, it aims to cut deal-team document prep time by around 20% or more.

Pretty cool concept.
