🥄 Teaspoon Economy

👉 I came across an old story that kills the fear around AI today. Here's why AI is not gonna take your job proven a century ago.

👋 Hey — Egemen here.

Do you remember 5 years ago when crypto was gonna replace real-life currencies?

No more cash, tokens only? Like this was gonna be thing.

I think that’s what’s gonna happen with AI

Are all jobs being replaced? No.

Are the overall economic benefits of AI is better for humanity? Yes.

Is there an economic crisis coming? Probably.

Here’s a snapshot of what’s on the menu today:

From Hype to Production: Voice AI in 2025

Voice AI has crossed into production. Deepgram’s 2025 State of Voice AI Report with Opus Research quantifies how 400 senior leaders - many at $100M+ enterprises - are budgeting, shipping, and measuring results.

Adoption is near-universal (97%), budgets are rising (84%), yet only 21% are very satisfied with legacy agents. And that gap is the opportunity: using human-like agents that handle real tasks, reduce wait times, and lift CSAT.

Get benchmarks to compare your roadmap, the first use cases breaking through (customer service, order capture, task automation), and the capabilities that separate leaders from laggards - latency, accuracy, tooling, and integration. Use the findings to prioritize quick wins now and build a scalable plan for 2026.

🧠 Deep-Dive: Teaspoon Economy

There was a man named Walter Wyckoff (completely unrelated to the stock exchange analysis guy Richard Wyckoff by the way, as in Wyckoff Theory or 3 Rules of Wyckoff etc, hell of a surname).

This guy was born in 1865 or something but his logic still applies today.

One day, he overheard two workers in Philadelphia watching a steam shovel dig filter beds.

One of the workers said, “That machine’s taking bread from 500 men, we’re all losing our jobs.”

Then he replied, “Then why not give you all teaspoons and hire 5,000 men?”

That line cuts through every fear cycle in history.

We invent tools, they make some jobs obsolete, new ones appear.
But every time, we confuse output with employment.

My point is, progress isn’t about keeping people busy but it’s about reallocating effort toward higher-value work.

The same shovel logic applies to AI. Replacing routine tasks isn’t the crisis.
The crisis is how fast people and systems can adapt.

AI will compress decades of productivity gains into years.
The first wave will probably look like layoffs and chaos.
The second will look like new industries we didn’t see coming. Just like the steam shovel did for construction, or the computer did for logistics.

We’re not running out of work.
We’re running out of time to reskill fast enough.

👉 So when someone says “AI is taking jobs,” remember this teaspoon analogy.
The goal isn’t to create more work. It’s to create better work, faster.

Make Every Platform Work for Your Ads

Marketers waste millions on bad creatives.
You don’t have to.

Neurons AI predicts effectiveness in seconds.
Not days. Not weeks.

Test for recall, attention, impact, and more; before a dollar gets spent.

Brands like Google, Facebook, and Coca-Cola already trust it. Neurons clients saw results like +73% CTR, 2x CVR, and +20% brand awareness.

☝️ Scaled This Past Week: Eternos / Uare AI

Eternos raised $10.3M – it’s the scale of the week!

They have also rebranded into Uare.ai following this, interesting concept!

Here’s what they do:

  • Builds personal AI “digital twins” that reflect your voice, values and life story using only your data.

  • Lets you own, share and even monetize that digital twin (e.g., for creators, professionals, audience engagement).

Pretty cool (and scary) concept.
